NPA Ed Miller wrote on page 86 of SSH that if someone raises after you limp, you should call if it's one bet back to you. This happens all the time and is a no brainer most of the time.
How about in the SB with "any 2 suited" when the BB raises?
Say you limp with 9/images/graemlins/spade.gif4/images/graemlins/spade.gif in the SB, then the BB raises? What conditions would you need to call that raise, even if it's just one bet back to you?
