Dealing Heads up

OK, I thought I knew this rule but now I'm not sure. When playing heads up the dealer is the small blind and acts first on every round. Question: who gets the first cards when dealing the starting cards? I

the small blind is on the button and only acts first preflop. on subsequent rounds of betting, the BB is first to act.

Ok. When dealing out the cards do you deal to the SB or BB first?

BB. dealer always gets his cards last.
