Villian in this is 30 VPIP/14PFR, a pretty decent player but nothing overly exceptional.

Party Poker 1/2 Hold'em (6 max, 6 handed)

Preflop: Hero is BB with K/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, K/images/graemlins/club.gif.
UTG folds, MP calls, CO raises, Button folds, SB calls, Hero 3-bets, MP calls, CO caps, SB calls, Hero calls, MP calls.

Flop: (16 SB) 7/images/graemlins/spade.gif, Q/images/graemlins/spade.gif, 3/images/graemlins/heart.gif (4 players)
SB checks, Hero bets, MP folds, CO raises, SB folds, Hero 3-bets, CO calls.

Turn: (11 BB) A/images/graemlins/diamond.gif (2 players)
Hero bets, CO calls.

River: (13 BB) 3/images/graemlins/diamond.gif (2 players)
Hero bets, CO calls.

Final Pot: 15 BB

He slows down on the turn/river so I figured he had KQs or something, but hes pretty reasonable so a preflop cap doesnt seem right. Either way I figure betting is better than check/calling since i know where i am...

Also, what do you think about this hand, did I fold too early or was this good? Read on villian is hes pretty loose passive. (70% vpip, .6 overall aggression) although he has been caught bluffing once (a little while ago).

Ugh, I hate leading out and then folding, but I don't think you can call the raise unless you're going all the way to showdown. Even though he's extremely loose, there's a lot of hands here that have you beat, and the pot is so small I don't think its worth fighting over.

He could be bluffing with the K /images/graemlins/club.gif, but he has you beat enough that it's worth folding.

If I suspect there's a nontrivial chance he's bluffing (damn, the A /images/graemlins/club.gif is about as scary a card as you could imagine, perfect for a bluff), if I have the Q /images/graemlins/club.gif here and maybe even just 9 /images/graemlins/club.gif I call down, thinking I've got a good shot at making a flush that he won't have on the turn, and call the river for just one bet even if I miss. After all, you might be ahead anyway.

Not saying it's the right play, just the play I'd make -- certainly would do so with the Q /images/graemlins/club.gif.
