Only played 40 hands with villian (UTG). He is at 40/20, but has had a real nice run of cards. He is still probably much too loose and tries to run bluffs much too often, even against extreme strength.

Party Poker 5/10 Bad Beat (10 Handed)

Hero finds T /images/graemlins/heart.gif T /images/graemlins/club.gif in CO

UTG limps, 1 fold, UTG+2 limps, folded to Hero who raises, all fold and limpers call. 3 to the flop.

Flop (7.5SB): 9 /images/graemlins/diamond.gif 6 /images/graemlins/spade.gif 5 /images/graemlins/club.gif

UTG bets, UTG+2 folds, Hero calls.

Turn (~4.5 BB): 9 /images/graemlins/spade.gif

UTG bets, Hero calls.

River (~6.5 BB): 9 /images/graemlins/club.gif

UTG bets, Hero calls.

I called on the flop with the intention of raising the turn. Against someone who might be bluffing, this is my preferred line. /images/graemlins/confused.gif

Comments/suggestions appreciated. Feel free to let me have it if I really messed this one up.

Its fine until the river, where you really need to find a raise.

I can't imagine why you wouldn't want to raise this river. Since UTG didn't raise preflop, what could he possibly have that beats you other than that 1 special card?
