How would you calculate this first of all....... and second of all if you could calculate this.... what would be the play to increase your overall expectation.

After 2 limpers whom both have 3 overcards to your pocket pair. Do you increase your EV by raising and trying to keep the contest between those 2 or do you do better to limp in and hope to attract more callers??

Assume that the two limpers are both in early position and you are in a 10-handed hold'em game. You are next to act.

This isn't enough info to solve the problem, because it depends on your opponents' particular cards, and the particular pocket pair you have. For example, are you opponent's card suited too? Are they connected?

In general though, with low/mid pocket pairs, if a couple people have already limped and there are still a few people left to act, you are better off limping too and hoping to make a set.

Low/mid pocket = limp on your set draw

high pocket = raise
