Ahh..on the button with AKo, CO raises to 60, I re-raise to 220, called. Flop A28. CO bets 200, raised to 750, he pushes...I'm already committed at this point and call to see A2o ..was down to 60 but am now back to $315 /images/graemlins/mad.gif

Actually Stone, I was somewhat pleased with my restraint on this hand. The temptation was there to re-raise TG HARD. There have been lots of times in the past that I have lost the stack on this hand.

The third heart on the river gave me cause to pause. TG's bets pf and post flop led me to believe she didn't have a big pair, so she probably had me beat with trip 8s or the flush, and I just called.

Lucky thing I didn't get to be a dead man with my aces on the second hand.

Blimy was that yet another AA on top of the 4 that were seen then!

If you limp with AA then you get burnt with AA.... then again if you know they are going to keep coming!

If you limp with monsters trying to maximize profit, YOU ARE GOING TO GET BURNED DOING IT! Only a matter of when.

I give no sympathy to "WAAA I got my aces cracked!" posts.

My post is a matter of noting that I may have finally learned not to fall in love with aces and overplay them when I am beaten.

And no I only had 4, the first one was counted because I told TG I had it.
