OUT in about 300ish place. Got low stacked after cold carded second hour. 5,500 with 300/600 blinds. Pushed with AQ and called by 77. Flop to pair and the river is the case 7. Gotta love it!

I went out early in round 7 to one of the chip leaders... perfect situation. Blinds 200/400, 25 ante. Big stack 2 seats to my left playing very loose/aggressive. I have about 10k chips, just below average, but 2nd at my table. Big stack is 35k. UTG folds, I have AA and raise to 1200. Big stack does his usual and comes over the top, making it 2400 to go. Fold to button who goes all in. BB all in. I just call the all ins for 5300. Big stack puts me all in, and I happily call. Big stack has A4s, Button has Kings, and BB has AK. I couldn't ask for a better situation with so many dead cards. Of course, big stack hits a straight and I'm out. Blah.

71% chance to nearly quadruple....I'll take that! Intersesting that the A4s had the 2nd best shot to win...

That's what I was thinking... Aces against 4 players? The joy. I just called the allins because I didn't want to lose the big stack. I was overjoyed he put me all in. I would have put him in on the flop in any case.

I can see the A4s being second... there is only one King left, so the button and BB are drawing to one out and possible straights, with AK having the better chance by only needing 3 cards. A4s has straight and flush possibilities, plus live 4s to luck out for trips.

It was a dream situation, and I'll take that every day of the week /images/graemlins/smile.gif
