The title says it all, I'm looking for a place to play microlimits but not with a stupid rule making you pay more than you want to.

I just want to put £5 on for now, play for tiny limits which should be more than enough for now.

Where do you all play?

I wanted to play on Party Poker however they don't so Micro Limits.

Thanks,
iNsChris

Pacific has $.05/.10, .10/.20, .25/.50. I don't know the conversion rates, so I don't exactly know how much money you're talking about.

Is the "p" for pence? Is that like a cent?

its about 1.8Dolar to the £ today so 1p is about 2Cents i think

when i put in £5 it says its $9.88

thats all i want to put on.

Do party poker own pacific? and whats the url to that website?

Thanks

I think the miniumum deposit for pacific is $20. That may be more than you want to put in, but I believe it's one of the lowest min. deposits around. Someone corect me if that isn't the min. deposit at Pacific.

Open a Pacific account and don't fund it. Usually within a week or so they will put a free 10 or 20 in for you (USD).

Yes, Pacific will do this, but have fun playing on the slower than anything non-multi-table site.

whose ?

I dont really want to do affiliates, seem to good to be true tbh lol and i'd prefer to pay with my own cash than use someone else's.

just want a place where i can play and use the ammount of money i want to, not be forced to play/loose more.

That is the worst part of Pacific. I think switching sites isn't a bad idea once you get to playing .25/.50. These games, even at the "tougher" sites, are easy to beat. The fact that you can multi-table makes them more profitable than Pacific. Even the incredibly weak opposition doesn't make up for not being able to play more than 1 table at once.

That said, for those little in between limits (.10/.20), Pacific is still the best place to go. I find it interesting that most poker site's min. deposits are $50. Most of them do not offer limits where a 50$ roll would actually work out all that well. My take on that is they want people playing recklessly at a higher limit than they should be at. I know that's pretty obvious, but the min. deposit plus no .10/.20 limits combo. has always struck me funny. /images/graemlins/spade.gif

Prima is also an option. I think the lowest they have is .05/.10 though. but they have that low for NL and limit. NOt sure what minimum deposit is though. Pretty sure it's low.

FYI, my post has nothing to do with affiliates, Pacific just gives you that money.

Cheers all - I want a reptable company so i can relax and know they wont withdraw more than i ask, or go bankcrupt and steal my cash!

I'd of loved ot play on party poker, but it seems they only have 50/1 games which is pricey for a beginner!

a little OT, but the silly fact is that some people play on pokerstars play money, roll it up to about 3,000,000 and then auction it on ebay. Right now there's one that's still got two days to go and the bid is $56USD. If you had 50,000 play money you could probably sell it for your $10 buy in. They have lots of microlimit tables on PS.

Royal Vegas will give you $10 to open an account, no deposit required until you want to cash out, then you have to deposit $20. They have .5/.10 limit and no limit.

Is it ok to ask for and post promotion codes here?

The most recent promotions will most likely be listed in the Internet Gambling forum.
