GOT THE FIRE BACK!!!

Can't wait for the USPC! Watched the WPF on ESPN, it wasn't as bad as some losers on RGP said it would be. I'm primed for 3 events at the TAJ in December. Two 500$ events and the 1000$ NL on Dec 7. Wonder if that Fossilman will be there? Probably not.

Probably not is right.


Unless they change things dramatically. Last year I played in 4 of the $500 events, and none of them had any play. Very big fields, start at noon I believe it was, and done within about 10 hours or less. What a joke.


Satellites more of a joke. NL HE satellite, first level, raise and a reraise preflop and you're pretty much all-in. No room at all to suffer even one early loss without going broke or getting crippled.


If they put a LOT more play in the events this year, then I'll probably come down again for a long weekend. Otherwise it's the main event or nothing.

I went to the website and didn't find anything about the levels. I'll find out soon enough, and I'll post them here. If it's like last year, I don't blame you for not coming down. But I might be going up to Foxwoods for the WPF. Just having a hard time getting off from work during that time. regards,

If you could get some information on the levels of play in the $300 events and post them, it would be appreciated. I am planning on taking a trip to AC for them.

I'm going down next weekend to play some sattelites and get some info. Considered going to Foxwoods, but I'm going to use my money for the Taj tourney regardless of how the levels are. The logistics just don't work for me at Fox. Good luck to all 2+2ers at Foxwoods. When I get the info on the Taj I'll post it. Maybe someone who already has the info will post too.

For the $300 and $500 satellites at the Taj:


You get 300 chips. Betting levels are 10/20, 15/30, 25/50, 50/100, 100/200, etc. They say they added 100 chips and the 15/30 betting level to the satellites this year because of the complaints from players last year.
