it took me at least 10 tries to get this right. I wish the video was shown from a first person view. Now I have achieved success, my drawers look awesome.

I am not surprised this was from Japan, looks both cool and time consuming!

[/ QUOTE ]LOL, are you serious? It looks pretty cool, but I for one hate folding clothes.

Heck yeah I'm serious! My drawers are a mess, I usually throw clean clothes on the floor because I can't fit them in my drawers (I have loads of free tshirts that I don't throw out for some reason). My wife will be thrilled! Also, my clothes will look like they do in the store! /images/graemlins/grin.gif

I couldn't figure out exactly what she was doing, but I only watched/tried it twice. Will have to try again tonight.

I also use the old fashioned way.

I find the old fashioned way a little disgusting, and have modified it.

I now use multiple piles, instead of one large one.

Cool. The Jap's economy has gone to hell since the 80's but they can still do crap like that...

I can get it in the first position, like when it's first folded over, but I can't figure out that second thing where it's flipped over and just a rectangle and a sleeve.

Now that's pretty damn cool and very useful. Too bad I just hang everything up.

emonrad87

Doesnt that take a ridiculous amount of closet space?
I reserve my precious closet space for nice shirts, suits, girlfriend's bras, etc.

I don't have very much clothing. A few jackets, about 10-15 t-shirts, around 5-10 pairs of pants... it doesn't take much space to hang a t-shirt up. I have a lot more closet space than drawer space.

OK. It's really, really simple.

Stand so the shirt is to the left of you.

Reach across the shirt and place right hand at the top, between the shoulder and the neck.

Left hand in middle of shirt, same distance away from side of shirt as right hand is away from side/shoulder seam.

Now, grab shirt at top with right hand and go over the left hand and grab the bottom of the shirt, again the same distance away from the side.

At this point, your right hand has come over your left hand.

Now, keep holding on to the top and bottom with your right hand and pull your left hand towards you, pulling the shirt with it. That's the magical part right there.
