Agreed. And Conjelco allows payments by Neteller as well. Good service and fast responses.

Agreed.

Gambler's Book Shop/Club (http://www.gamblersbook.com/) is another great place to shop around. They have some titles you can't pick up anywhere else. /images/graemlins/spade.gif

Conjelco is what I currently rate to use as I am from Europe, have no credit card, can use Neteller. They though don't have all poker books, while it makes no full sense for anyone to compete with the big ones like Amazon, that generally are the best places to order books from.

Definitely www.professionalpoker.com. (http://www.professionalpoker.com.) Best prices and he will take Neteller if you call him at the number listed. I've dealt with Mike many times and have had nothing but great transactions.

Another good place to check out is playersbooks.com. Their service is great and they sometimes have things that you can't find elsewhere. I also found their prices to be very competitive, although I wasn't aware of the professionalpoker sources on ebay at the time.

www.overstock.com (http://www.overstock.com) Very good deals on books and S&H is only $2-$3

Another vote for Mike @ Professionalpoker. I got a smokin deal on SSHE. He has good deals on multi-book packages too.

i try to support the poker community. therefore, 2 + 2, the gamblers book store (club), and the gamblers general store, both in vegas have everything. you can also get most at amazon and barnes and noble. however, if you call, and ask "what is new and good". or "what are your best books on__________?", you want the gambles book store (club) in vegas.

ConJelCo would get my vote..if it didn't freaking charge $6 for shipping.

If you live on the West Coast, www.overstock.com (http://www.overstock.com) is great, low prices, low shipping, and even the low priced media shipping is very fast. I have bought books from www.professionalpoker.com (http://www.professionalpoker.com) and the service and prices were good, though shipping was a bit higher, and it only took an extra day or two to get the books through media USPS up to Washington state. I have looked at buying books at www.walmart.com (http://www.walmart.com) since their prices looks good but if you are buying single books your S&H are high and cases of multiple books you get raked over the coals versus Overstock, Amazon or B&N. If selection is really important, I have found Amazon and B&N are good. However, there are a lot of chaff poker books to be avoided so selection isn't all that big an issue for me.

www.overstock.com (http://www.overstock.com): low prices, fast service, low shipping, good selection though almost all of the better instructional poker books are sold there.

www.professionalpoker.com (http://www.professionalpoker.com): good prices, fast servie, ok shipping, limited selection though many 2+2 products.

Walmart: good prices, ?service, expensive shipping, widest range of poker books.

Amazon: good prices, good service but USPS media mail a bit slow coast to coast, free shipping when you buy $25+, and a wide range of books.

B&N: high prices, good service, free shipping $25+, wide selection of books.

I haven't used Conjelco, or many other stores since low price is how I select my bookstores, not getting new books as fast as possible.

I like Professionalpoker.com. I don't like Wal Mart because I disapprove of the way they treat their employees, and their business practices in general. I'll pay more to shop somewhere else. Also, I've heard bad things about Overstock. Most of the Amazon Marketplace sellers are fine.
