What do you guys do with small pocket pairs primarily 2's-6's

at a 6max table, I open-fold UTG and UTG+1 and I open-raise CO and Button. Against a raise I fold or reraise depending on seat, opponent, and table. Try to get heads up before the flop if at all possible.
