Home game hand, Blinds £.20/£.40

There are only 5 people left in the game
Stacks:
- Hero (Button) £26
- Villain (BB) $28

Villian plays weak tight. Hero is known as very loose aggressive

Hero is dealt 5 /images/graemlins/club.gif6 /images/graemlins/spade.gif

UTG limps, 1 fold, Hero calls, Sb folds, BB raises to £1, UTG folds, Hero calls

Flop is K /images/graemlins/diamond.gif 4 /images/graemlins/club.gif 4 /images/graemlins/spade.gif.

BB checks, Hero Checks

Turn is the 8 /images/graemlins/club.gif

BB checks, Hero bets £1.60, BB calls

River is the 7 /images/graemlins/heart.gif

BB bets £3, hero raises to £8, BB Pushes(he has hero covered)

Thoughts?

Are you being serious with this hand?

I don't think you'll find many people agreeing with the preflop call, nor the call of the £1 raise. I guess the turn semi-bluff is OK, and the river seems obvious -- you've sucked out, congratulations. If you're up against a full house then so be it.

How tight do you few the BB? Would he bet like this without the FullHouse?

I wouldn't have gotten involved in this to begin with. But now that you have and hit your hand you gotta pay him off.

Weak tight people don't raise from the blinds with 77. He's got AK, AA, or kings full.

I'd grumblingly call; more quickly if opponent is lousy as well as weak tight.
