unless you know the players and avoid the real sharks that scout them (I'd say never sit down first at anything above $100), then best avoid them, imo.

Turbo SNG's are good up to the 100's at least (I don't often play above, but plenty 55's & 109's.

You play goot, then play the 9-man's or 6-mans unless you're a HU shark yourself.
