Carpal/tunnel? Pooh-bah?

I have been lurking for a few weeks and just recenly started posting. I have noticed that under the names there are certain labes or descriptions. Alot of them said Carpal Tunnel or Pooh bah and others. From what i get from my searches they seam to be given after posting for along time.
Im I right or are they some sort of group that you guys from?
