Harrah's is well known for their excellent marketing. They continually take polls of both their own players, and players in general. However, with respect to the WSOP, their efforts have been terrible in my case.

I went to the site they mentioned during the very first WSOP 2004 broadcasts and signed up at the website. Since there was a possible prize, I signed up my wife as well - each with our own email. The form included name,address, phone, where we gamble, what Harrah's properties, etc.

This was how long ago? Five months? Not a single email, no letters, nothing............. What a waste of my time.

Well, I'll still be there, but not staying at the Rio for $200+ per night!
