Now if I add that on an earlier attempted steal from countryboy he also went all in, is it a push?

I'd fold. It doesn't matter that he's been/being the bully. He's the big stack/it's the bubble. He's entitled to bully. And I dont think he's doing it JUST bc he saw you fold to another push.

On a side note, instead of putting 500 in play here, I think this is pretty close to a push intially. That is, if you're going to play it in the first place.

But you can lay this down and still have 4th outchipped by more than 2 BBs. I think you gotta fold.

Also I think this is similar to what Jason (http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showflat.php?Cat=&Number=1255223&page=2&view=colla psed&sb=5&o=14&fpart=1) was talking about earlier this week. That's why the push first in is a better move.

I think this is a pretty easy fold.

2020 in the pot, 1220 to call. The odds of being dominated or facing 77-AA are too great, especially considering that a fold still leaves you with 3bbs more than 4th place.

Agree on the fold for sure. Too many hands that could dominate you.

I wonder about the raise here. You've got big stack on the button acting after you. I'm guessing he's pretty aggressive. In some cases this raise is good but the risk you run is that he goes over the top of you. I'd be looking to do most of my stealing from the button with Big Stack out of the hand.

This is either a fold or a push depending on what range of hands your opponents will call with. Given the short stack I would fold this, A9 or A6s up would probably be a push though.

If you are going to raise this preflop, it has to be allin otherwise the big stack will bully you. If I was the big stack here I might well come over the top of you with any two cards.

Given your position UTG and the fact that it is not the short stack's BB, you should fold this hand. If the big stack knows what he's doing, he will raise allin vs the blinds and bully the BB into folding, which will be good for you. If he doesn't, no great loss.

If you were on the button with this hand, you have to push because the big stack is more likely to go soft on the short stack, having no particular reason to want to bust him. You have to exert pressure on the short stack while not allowing the big stack any room to play back at you.

The question of "reads on" the big stack is completely irrelevant because vs the vast majority of hands you are not going to be a gigantic favourite. e.g. vs the hand J6 offsuit you'll be wiped out of the tournament 36% of the time, while winning the hand doesn't guarantee you a move up in the placings (or indeed guarantee you any money at all).

i would have liked your HOLDING better if it was Ace-suited;
however, even then i think you are still dominated by too many hands to be thinking about a push after a reraise. easy fold for me, probably would'nt have even raised preflop unless suited AND the table was VERY passive..maybe!
