Ok, so this is clearly the best pistol ever made. What would be the runner up?

Also, how many people have concealed handgun licenses? I mean, am I coming in contact with one every day?

I have a conceal carry license, which I didn't get until I got to Texas. When I took the class I was informed my zip code had the most amount of liscense issued in all of TX, which seems bizarre because all it is is yachting people and NASA workers around here. After hearing this I started to refrain from giving out the finger to every other person on the road.

Never fired a DE but I surely wouldn't want to mess with anyone carrying around one of those cannons. I prefer Glock 17 and 19.

I like my Glock 21 with the mag extensiion. I figure anything that can take 17 .45 rounds and keep coming can have me.

I like knives. Guns are so easy and uncreative.

You down at Clear Lake? My mom lived on a boat there at Watergate for 10 yrs. She and her husband still have one down there someplace. I don't remember where now. Legend Point maybe?

DEs are very nice. Glocks and USPs are close, if not better, however. /images/graemlins/spade.gif

DE is far from the best handgun ever made, to big to heavy and the muzzle velocity is to high. I say this from a military standpoint I have no experience with guns and crime

League City, I'm less than a mile from Watergate.

I wouldn't say it was the best handgun by a mile either. Much too much for most people to handle comfortably.

Plus, if you use it in a residential neighborhood, you're going to be punching through any number of walls. It's one thing to kill a burglar, but another to kill a couple of neighbors in the process. Even if you win, you still lose.

If you want a hand cannon, get the Smith & Wesson 500 Magnum. Not even close, and actually easy to handle (considering it's size). Otherwise, get me a glock .40 cal(which I'm gonna do).

what a gun.

i suggest the glock 23. fits right in your hand. compact but not too small.

I've heard a lot of raves about the glock 40 calibre.

I've only fired one or two glocks, but would love to get one. Excellent guns.
