What is the type of strategy I should employ in the following situation:

-Heads up

-California Draw

-Player NEVER folds or bets

-Player raises only as a bluff with nothing

As of now, I:

-Bet and raise with trips or better

-Reraise with Jacks or better; call otherwise

-Never bluff
