View Full Version : Neteller declines Empire cashout

I made a cashout from Empire today. Pay-pro were their usual speedy selves and it was all dealt with within a few hours... except that Neteller declined the transaction.

Has this happened to anyone else? I know about the WillHill nonsense.

Any hints as to what I should do, besides badgering pay-pro and neteller until the money arrives?

neteller's been declining all my deposits to any poker website too (poker stars, poker now).... related problem? never had happened before...

This could be very bad. It would change everything. A new site would have to start providing the transfer service, and that seems unlikely given today's environment. I've never posted in the Zoo before, but this concerns me greatly. /images/graemlins/spade.gif

I just had a withdrawl from Interpoker hit my Neteller account about an hour ago, no problem. I requested a cashout from Pokerroom this morning, I will post back here if there is a problem with it.

Personal followup - I just checked my account, and saw that my cashout from Reef Club Casino was just processed today. So my account accepted that cashout at least. Wondering if this is a Pay-pro problem instead of a general gambling one.

this does seem like daunting news, however, i have used neteller recently for all my poker related transactions and had no troubles making multiple deposits and cashouts over the last month when the threads about them started popping up. if by chance there is a problem with them and pokersites /images/graemlins/confused.gif, there are already other alternatives in place, i work with epassporte, paypal...etc....

one thing i have encountered though, pay-pro will not transfer my funds to epassporte until i have deposited from epassporte into their system. maybe its existence is unrecognizable until that juncture??

Did for me. I've made lots of transactions via neteller in all directions with olots of poekr sites this week, with no failures until now.

Pay-pro just contacted me to say they noticed the failure and reprocessed the payment, so we'll see if this one goes through.

I will of course let you all know.

I deposited $600 to pokerstars today no problem. I also received my reef casino money in neteller today after waiting 7 days, thanks homer

wasn't neteller updating their servers or website or something a couple weeks ago? Thought they had some minor issues then also.

I suspect this situation is just a temporary neteller 'glitch' (fingers-crossed).

I moved a chunk of money from neteller into eurobet today and it hit instantly.

I had that happen from Party a couple weeks ago. It was declined on one day, then the next day it was accepted. I think it was just some sort of glitch.

I had a $1400 Eurobet get declined on first try, next day they tried it again no problem. Is the email address at the poker room exactly the Neteller email? Could be that or some other small glitch. Of course Empire isnt running off with it.

Sounds like this is just a glitch for now. I too just receieved my Reef and CON bonuses just fine today (Thanks Homer!!) and I was able to withdraw money from party and deposit on Pokernow.

It would be a real pain to have to switch money over from neteller. Are there any other legitimate options that work similarly to neteller??

My Neteller account was just closed for no reason recently and I have no idea why, and have yet to talk to them...

I had a desposit to Interpoker declined by Neteller, but tried again later the same day, and it went fine. Seems like lots of software glitches out there.

Last week Neteller kept declining my withdrawls to my debit card, even though I had more that what I was trying to put on my card. Didn't make any sense why they would decline such a thing. Anyway, 2 phone calls and 48hrs later, it was cleared up(they said they were having a problem with the card provider or something). So I have experienced some wierd "declines" recently from neteller.

My account was also closed last week. Called them and they excused for the "glitch". I forgot to ask them about their Netpoints scheme, damn!
