I just created a new account on Eurobetpoker.com. I don't know how to get pokertracker to autorequest hand histories for this site. When I manually request hand histories, they don't get sent to my email address, but instead to my online account in Eurobet. I've been using pokertracker for Partypoker but don't know how to use it for Eurobet. I checked the Pokertracker website and couldn't figure it out. Thanks for any help.

Hand Histories can now be logged to your computer. Just add the Eurobet folder to the list of folders you want PT to search when you auto-import.

(Make sure you have the latest version of PT)

I did what you suggested and imported the notes from my file on my hard drive. However, when I did this I got an error message saying:
[ QUOTE ]
"File contains no Texas Hold'em hands or unable to determine what poker site this file came from.

[/ QUOTE ]
Am I doing something wrong or am I unable to use pokertracker for this site?

Thanks,

I just started at Eurobet and the only way I can get the hands into pokertracker is using the force option on the setup. So after every hour or so of play I just force the records and they seem to go in. I am sure that it can be set up to auto import, but to answer one of your questions, yes Eurobet is pokertracker supported.

dont you also have to choose the option "store HH files locally on my computer" its on one of the tabs in the lobby i think?

Were you playing hold'em or a different game? (omaha?)

Did you use the auto-import icon? (the one with the lightning bolt?

You should not be importing a file. You should have setup PT to scan the Eurobet folder for your handhistories.

For auto-requesting HH's via email, be sure you choose Coral from the PokerTracker drop down list. The hand histories are then sent to your EuroBet Inbox. From there, open the email, click on Edit in the upper left and choose Select All. This copies all the HH's in that email. Then open NotePad and paste. Save the file and then choose that file name in the Import File PokerTracker screen. Big PITA but this works.

Or you can auto-import HH's to your hard drive. Just follow the associated PokerTracker Help file to set this up. It is very easy to follow.
