Discuss.

And please don't tell me that they don't air good shows because most normal people have work on Mondays. I cannot watch Sportscenter for the fourth time.

You should be watching Patton on AMC. Sure, I've seen it at least a dozen times before. But, it's still the best war movie ever made.

Because you're the only one watching.

If you can't find anything interesting to watch on Sunday night or any other night, you either:

A) Do not have cable or a dish.

or

B) Are a very narrowminded individual who needs to expand his/her horizons desparately.

Read a book.

i think that tv in general now is pretty shitty -- most commercials are more enetertaing than the shows they break up

reality shows = poop

I probably read more books than 99% of people my age.

But on Sunday nights I just wanna chill.

And yeah, I don't have TiVo. /images/graemlins/frown.gif Maybe for Christmas..

Adult Swim is possibly the best block of television on. Cartoon network.

astro do you pay a monthly service charge for tivo or have one of those "lifetime of hardware" plans and which would you suggest.

when i bought my 80hr s2 box the math was something like i would have to own the tivo for more than 2 years to break even with the proposition, profit from there. the biggest deal though is that the lifetime goes with the actual unit, so those with lifetime subs command an appropriate premium on ebay. that alone tips it toward it.

i'm probably going to sell mine when i get an hdtivo in the next week or so, but i might actually get a tv in my bedroom. i'm kind of opposed to the idea of it so i'm not sure.
