I'm not suggesting that multi-tabling is easy, but it's certainly doable.

Let's just say that you hit a nice multi-tourney cash and were able to buy the IBM 22" 4K bad-boy with 3800x2400 resolution. You could fit 20 screens on that thing at once. What's the most you could play at once and still beat, say, the $33 level and below?

12 tables?
16 tables?
20 tables? /images/graemlins/ooo.gif /images/graemlins/smile.gif

16.

I am not joking.

Yeah, I'm sure of 12... and I suspected 16.

Why not 18 or 20? It seems that the biggest problem with 16 would be having more than 2 monitors. But if you had them all on a single monitor, do you think 20 is possible?

I feel that 16 and up would start seriously eroding ROI. Early in the game, play would not be affected, but your bubble play and end game would be killed. Just my opinion... does anyone here 16 table SNG's?

I think that when you are playing more there will just be so much short handed play going on that it will become almost impossible to play without timing out or bashing your brain in.

You can get 3800x2400 resolution on a 22" monitor? I bought a 22" Mitsubishi Diamond Pro 2070sb after the advice of my brother who said it was the best one to buy. But it was only $700, not $4k. I play at 2048x1536 max resolution and everything is getting pretty tiny, I couldn't imagine almost doubling the resolution on the same size screen. I can play 9 tables at once on this monitor. I can fit three on each side with little overlap and then put three more in the middle as long as I am sitting on the end of the tables. Maybe some day I'll get to 16 or 20 but I suppose I better start winning first though /images/graemlins/smile.gif

the Party skins (party/empire/etc) allow you to log in from the same Ip at the same time?

Yeah, it just doesn't let you sit at the same table as your other account obviously.

Setting aside the 16 or 20 stuff, what's people's experiences of multi-table SNG's generally? What kind of erosion are you getting from going from 1 to 2 to 3 to 4, say?
