i had Q /images/graemlins/heart.gif3 /images/graemlins/club.gif and called a small raise on dealer chip

flop was 3 /images/graemlins/diamond.gif 3 /images/graemlins/spade.gif 3 /images/graemlins/heart.gif
i check guy bets - i raise - he raises - i am forced to call

i check turn (J /images/graemlins/spade.gif) and he checks

i bet river 4 /images/graemlins/spade.gif he folds - how did i do?

Why did you check the turn? At least bet small to induce a bluff, or have him contribute a little more to the pot. That will make him even more likely to call a value-bet at the end, especially if an Ace falls. But DON'T give him a free look at the river...
