If you include home cooked food, many things with garlic seem to taste better the next day. Two examples I can think of are gaspacho and spaghetti.

Good chicken wings w/ bleu cheese. I think they might be better cold.

Beef stew is always better after a few days. Also leftover beef is great for sandwiches.

But it is hard to beat well made left over chicken. Cold. Same for turkey. Turkey sandwiches after thanksgiving are classic.

goulash is an awesome choice. Whoever said Jambalaya is also a smart man.

any kind of chili or soup or beans and rice based dish is better after a day. I make soup for the week on sunday and it always tastes better after it's settled and been reheated. this week's soup is mulligatawny with lentils. last week was corn chowder with roasted peppers.
