Hand 1: You have an overpair, but you need to be wary of a set here. Opponent bets T100 which tells us he's probably got something. At this level I wouldn't just assume he'd slowplay the trips. With the chance of this happening, I'd question your raise. You're committing yourself to the hand pretty much here, and you've got to ask yourself what happens if he goes over the top on you? If the answer is - you'll fold, you need to slow down here.

Hand 2: You've got top pair, bad kicker. Opponent bets. Whatever he has is probably going to beat what you have. Trips or a better Q. In both cases you're screwed. This is a fold, not a raise.

Ok so hand 2 is an auto-fold then.
Whats the best line for hand 1?
Call and bet the turn if he checks, fold if he bets?

In hand 2, if you're fairly sure that your opponent isn't bluffing, then it's probably not a hand you want to be in. I wouldn't say it's an automatic fold, but you're probably beat here.

Hand 1 - again you want to anticipate what you'll do if you're reraised like this any time you put in a raise. It all comes down to knowing your opponents of course. Is he the type who would lead with a bet like this with a very strong hand? If there's a good chance is answer is yes, then slowing down is the way to go. Consider just calling here perhaps, and see what he does on the turn. If he checks, now you can probably go after him. If he has the trips though, if he was going to check, it would have been at the flop. If he goes big at the turn, you can fold there. What you want to try to do here is try to get a better read without it costing you too many chips.
