I personally use http://www.pokerlistings.com alot when I'm trying to decide whether to deposit my money into a certain site. They have extensive reviews of most sites. It's fairly easy to navigate and you can find lists ranking different card rooms by 'Best Bonus', 'Best Software', etc.
