One I butuchered

I would appreciate any advice you can give on the play of this hand. The original preflop raiser here was a maniac who raises with 33% of his hands and plays 66% with 357 hands in pokertracker. I have the mainiac on my buddy list and usually sit at whatever table he is when he signs on and know his play well but I haven't had time to judge the SB at this point in the game. I am still working on my play against mainiacs and any advice on how you would play this hand would be appreciated. I'll post the results after a few replies

The only thing I can see you losing to here are AA and KK...I would have played it the same way.
Did you split the pot with SB?

I don't think you used your position very well. I would bet at least another $20 on the flop. If SB folds and maniac goes all in, call! If SB calls and maniac throws then fold.

wait until you make your hands vs a manic before getting a huge portion of your stack in. meaning, dont reraise preflop. you only have a drawing hand, and theres a pretty good chance he will pay you off if you hit tptk on the flop.
