Is my play here standard? Should I be c/r the flop? Leading out on the turn? What if the turn was a rag?

UTG+1 is a decent player pf but has been quite passive after.
I have no read on the button.

I think the K made it easy for me to get away from so I guess my main question is, if the turn had have brought, say, a 5c, should I lead out for a pot sized bet and fold to a raise?
