SB bets, I raise, UTG+1 folds, SB calls.

Turn is 8d

Check, bet, call.

River is 4d

He bets, I?

Is this ace high or a bluff often enough to call?

Now you're talking. I'd expect a call from ace high here a majority of the time, too.

How about raising turn instead of flop? 53 is not much of a showdown hand, you want him out.

I would call river.

i don't know that I've ever done this play on the river. maybe I should. but in general i'm not a huge fan of pumping the pot only to fold for one more bet.
