Hi, has anyone played with 'All In' chips? How are they?

Could you please elaborate a little? A friend of mine is thinking pretty serious about buying them, but if I'm going to tell him to stay away from them, I'd like to have some reasons. Thanks.

I had 5 samples from them here for a while. I played around with them, shuffled them in with other chips, etc.

First off, I really loved the feel of them. Almost a rubbery feel, very nice.

Unfortunatlely, thats about all I can say good about the chip. They have dots on the edges instead of edge spots, which look ok. Their logo is plastered on all the chips and they use this god awful pink on way too many chips for the logo.

The logo/writing showed excessive wear after a couple of weeks of just shuffling em around. They also snap in half with very little effort.

I would recommend, for a little more money, that you check out either thepokerchipcompany.com if you dont want custom (around $200 for 500) or pokerchips.com if you want to do custom colors/edgespots (around $250 for 500 without doing custom writing, thats just plain chips but you get to pick colors/edge spot colors)

I would not recommend the All In chips to anyone. While I did like their feel, the quality just isnt there for the money you are paying. You would be better off with the 13g Casino chips or spending a little more on what I suggested above.

I got a sample pack and would have to say that they have a good feel. My main problem is their edgespots. I'm not a fan of the dots on the edges.

The problem is that the ONLY thing that is good on them is the feel, everything else is bad =(

Thats what I am saying.

They look cheesey, the logo stamped all over the place is annoying. The edge spots are a matter of style, some people may like the dots.

You can break one in half with 2 fingers pretty much and they dont wear well at all.

Like I said, the only thing good about them is the feel, thats about it. There are much better for the money out there.
