Yes, with a pair + a flush draw, you are a favorite to have at least two pair by the river. Your hand is a little more powerful if you do not have a dominated pair, which is likely in this case, but you still probably have a more than enough outs to cap this flop, especially if the pot is being contested four handed.

This is an easy 3-bet with Q /images/graemlins/club.gif4 /images/graemlins/club.gif. Having top pair just makes it better.
