Been playing at table for a few orbits. My image is loose/over-aggressive. Though, have been tight last 1.5 orbits. Unfortunately, no solid reads.

Fold, Hero calls, 1 Fold, 1 Call, folds to BB, check.

Flop: Axx all spades.
BB bets, Hero raises, MP calls, BB calls.

Turn: brick.
Check, Hero bets, MP calls, fold, BB folds.

River: pairs deuces.
Hero bets, raise, I 3-bet, cap.

Ok, now they are not proud of you. Not that open limping here is bad but if you are in a aggressive game, then folding is correct. If you are in a weak game with tighteys in the blinds then LAGo-pop-it. A passive game, well the limp is fine and seems to be here.

As for your river situation, surely MP waking up on the river's paired board sucks and you are in a win one/lose two situation without the nuts after heavy flop aciton, I'd just call a river raise here.
