no worries about the bad beat post. i posted in the probability forum a few days ago and quickly deleted it b/c i was afraid of getting flamed. i had back to back to back aces at the same table (party 2/4) and flopped a set each time and had them cracked by 56o QTo and 33. basically, i feel for ya.

on the first hand, i like a slightly-bigger-than pot sized bet. (im a limit person in general though) Pushing only invites a better hand to call you, with the exception of ak. i believe that a pot sized bet would let you know if you're behind to a set, and would induce a hand like ak to call.
call me crazy, but i am also a little drunk.

when i said first post i mean second, sorry. I think that the play on the first hand is fine. You'd like him to call you there cause youre a huge favorite. (he has only 5 outs goint to the river) you have to lose lots of chips on this hand with this flop and turn.

Let me just say that there's a reason this forum is currently a fetid pile of garbage.

My goodness--Looks like someone got up on the wrong side of the bed this morning!! Don't be a grinch--He DID give fair warning!!! /images/graemlins/smile.gif

By the way, how would you feel if you made this post and somebody responded the way you did? Tsk, tsk . . . /images/graemlins/smile.gif

EDIT NOTE: Doh!!! I just noticed Sandstone's name--he ALSO gave fair warning (about his abrasive nature)! /images/graemlins/grin.gif

Sandstone, why don't you make a wortwhile comment on the other hand i have currently posted instead of berating me for posting something i thought was interesting/funny. I mean come on... how often do you get aces back to back? let alone get them both cracked /images/graemlins/smile.gif
