Win rate at .10/.25 NL cash game, is this right??

A friend of mine who started playing about the same time I did two years
ago is behind me in moving up. What I want to know (from all you math guys
and advanced analysis players) is his win rate about right for a good
player? For 8 months he has played at the .10/.25 No Limit Cash Games, he
logs (on average) about 240 table hours per month (multiple tables) and he
says he wins on average about $450 a month (he plays 3 tables at a time
about six days a week for three hours a shot)... Does that sound about
right for a good player at that level? In my experience, if you win at
that level as a fairly tight player (which he is) you will probably win at
the .25/.50 and .50/1.00 levels as well... I told him to move up and start
playing more (he has the time to double his table hours per month)... Does
his win rate sound right?? I think he could make some nice extra income if
he moved up and doubled his playing time... (at very least he could double
his playing time at the .10/.25 now and pull in an extra $10,000 a year)..

ok so he makes $450 in about 80 hours, so about 11 big bets/hr, playing around 150 hands/hr, so about 7-8 bb/100. that's not bad, but it could be better at a low-stakes deepstacked game. i think he will make more/hr if/when he moves up.

If he's making $450 a month on the .10-.25 tables he should absolutely move up. I mean, I'm not one of the advanced math/analysis guys on here, but it seems like if you're making that much money at such low stakes, it's time to take a step up.
