Mason, currently I am building a baseline chart which is built by simulations. For instance, I am taking all 169 starting hands (hold'em) and running them a few million times from pre-flop to river to get a win percentage. For K9s head-up (2 players) has a win percentage of 58.63 against random hole cards. I then take 100 - 58.63 (other players average against, 41.37). Then 58.63 - 41.47 for an average of 17% advantage against the average hand. I do understand heads-up play is playing a player as much as the cards in limit poker, but could this be used as a guideline for heads-up to get a starting point? Please also add any formula's you feel that could better value each hand. Thanks, your help and opinion is greatly appreciated!

Take a look at

where something similar to what you're doing was done. Note the pot equity column as well.
