I have Spybot, Adaware, HijackThis and Spywareblaster. However, the same spyware problems keep showing up time and time again. Right after I remove them, they reinstall, I'm guessing. It kind of lags my comp. a little. And no, I don't visit porn sites.

Anyone else have this problem? Any solutions?

There is one called CWShredder. It is made by the same people that made Hijackthis. That is the only one that worked for me.

spyware are tiny programs installed on your computer without your knowledge/consent that track sites you go to, and other such info. They cause slower performance, freezes, and the likes.

It's more than just DSO. It's Hitbox, advertising.com, safeguardveevo, and tons of others

Unless you, or someone you know, is really comfortable examining/editing the registry, there's really no way to fix this without reimaging or reinstalling windows.

Use firefox instead of explorer. I changed several months ago and although I still run the spyware programs, very little is reported. With explore the spyware programs would find lots of stuff.
