Do I just check-fold this flop or CR because the opportunity presented itself?

OK. I checkraised and got 3-bet by the preflop Poster. I have no prior notes on him. Do I just give this one up or call it down?

Is this so boring that it doesn't warrant a response? I normally play SH and am venturing back into full ring play, so please help me out here as the answer isn't so obvious to me. Thanks.

Tough to think you're ahead when you get 3-bet with no kicker, a possible straight on the board. All you beat is a flush draw.

By the turn you don't even beat that, nor do you even have top pair anymore.

Fold.
