Today starts my $15/$30 tabling, first 17 hands, I get AA twice and win both times. Just an update for anyone who actually pays attention.

Did you move straight from 3/6 to the 15?

I am currently doing some $1/$2 (6-max), starting at $1/$2 since my good friend and excellent 6-max player did it that way and he suggests the same).

But for my main game/money game, I did a short run at $5/$10 but didn't think it's a great game. So I'm just going to jump to $15/$30, I have been bankrolled for this for a long time and have talked and kept up with people I know who play $15/$30.

Plus I get to watch bicyclekick beat this game day in and day out.

I play 5/10 full time and I am getting really frustrated. Do you think that 15/30 is softer then 5/10?

IMO, as I've researched both 5/10 and 15/30 full at Party skins.

15/30 plays hyper aggressive/retarded.

5/10 seems so damn type and not overly aggressive (without pretty decent hands).

I think if you got the bankroll, and the mindset, 15/30 is a better choice.

I'm not an expert, but perhaps there are better sites for a set between 3/6 and 15/30 on Party. I've heard good things about 5/10 and 10/20 6-max. I've still learning on that.

Thanks for the insight. Too bad I've got some bankroll issues...Guess I'll just have to grind it out at .38BB/100 for now. Can't wait to move up, the 5/10 is pretty ugly right now.

It just doesn't like this game (5/10) could be beat for more than 2 BB/100 very easily with it often be folded to MP2 and later and even to the blinds a bunch of the time. I used 2/4 and 3/6 to build my bankroll.

If you can't beat the 5/10 you can't beat the 15/30. Drop down to 3/6 and beat that game consistantly.

Good luck man! Keep us posted about how it goes. I've been grinding the 5/10 full (tho lately, I've been doing the 6max route) but only taken a couple shots at the 15/30, so I'm really interested in how you do.

While it's entirely possible, I highly doubt i was merely running well for 80k hands.
