Three-Handed Starters

I'm uncertain about what hands to play on the button in a three-handed game with two very loose opponents. Suppose if you raise, you will steal the blinds between 10% and 15% of the time. Your opponents play aggressively and too loosely after the flop. What are the minimum hands with which you would raise? What are the minimum hands with which you would limp?
