I believe the most important skill in poker is adjusting to game conditions or to your opponents. But why do so many so called "great" players play well only short handed or only no limit? Obviously, these games play very differently, but are they so different that very few are good at all forms? What happened to so many books on poker, on strategy, on the thought process, that should apply to all forms of poker?
