Never played Omaha before, so pardon the simplicity of this question. I know you need to use exactly 2 of your cards and 3 board cards, but if the final board reads J-J-J-A-K, and you hold 9s-10s-Jh-Qh does your J-Q play, or is the Q counterfited by the A-K?

not sure i understand completely.

assuming you don't have a straight flush, you have 4 jacks plus whatever kicker you want to use from your own 4 cards.

if the flop was J-J-J-9-9

and your hand was J-2-2-2,

you would have 4 jacks with a 2 kicker. you would NOT have a full house in any way.

hope that helps.

Yes your queen plays. You have J J J J Q. Incidentally, no one else has a J. You have the only four Jacks and kickers don't matter.
