This is the situation I find myself. I suspect many others are the same. If I didn't have to be here I wouldn't, but since I do this place isn't so bad.

Hmmm. I find tolerable jobs soon become hateful. This job is perfectly tolerable but I have grown to hate it because it makes me do stuff I don't want to all day every day. But I guess that's a contradiction. So to put it another way: for me a job can't be tolerable, it will always veer off into hateful unless I find it interesting.

I was discussing jobs with a group of my friends last month, and I was shocked at how many of them (mid 20's) hated their jobs.

I don't really enjoy my work, but I really like where I work; people, easy commute, amount of time I get away with wasting on this board etc. So I guess I need a 3rd option too.

I can't stand my job..it's ashame. It's making me think if I made an incorrect career choice move.
