Any comments? /images/graemlins/smile.gif

I'd say that if I had to put my opponent on a hand it would be AK or AJ.

What, you weren't willing to comment on my play without seeing my cards? What do you think you're watching, the WPT? /images/graemlins/smile.gif

Just kidding, thank you very much for letting me know about that so quickly! I'm glad I was still within the editing period for this one.

looks like a good spot for a check-raise on the river..

Is this because both the turn and river were bricks, and my call looked like I was drawing on the turn?

By checking on the river you're allowing him the opportunity to bluff at it.

The reason that you didn't make any money of this hand was that you didn't bet. I understand checking on the flop to set a trap for your opponent, but checking after that is just foolish. You have to realize that your opponent either has a hand, or he doesn't. If he has nothing, there's no way to make money off it. If he's on a draw of some kind, you've got to make him pay for it. It's that simple.

Actually, it's hard to double-through when your opponent holds sweet f*ck-all.

The all-in on the end had very little hope of being called.
