Not sure of the definition of a shootout. How does a shootout tournament differ from any other? Thanks in advance.

In a shootout, each table plays down to a single "table winner". Subsequent tables are made up of people who won their previous table, etc.

In a regular tournament, as people get knocked out, some tables are shut down and those people used to keep other tables full.
