So did villain rejoice that his ace-rag improved to two pair on the river...or did he actually call a pre-flop raise with a hand that had a 2? Do you raise/cap here, or just call? Comments, please.

I would say go ahead and raise, but don't cap it if it comes back to you. I don't know what the players at those stakes are like, but I do know that there are lots of players who bet the scare cards against an agressor. Pay attention, get a read, and that will make this decision easier.

If he has the 2 or slowplayed 67, that's okay. It happens sometimes. More likely, I think it's Ax two pair, and a slight chance of Ax one pair who thinks he just hit his miracle card.

I agree to raise...he just as likely has A3-A5, or maybe A7-8-etc.

Call a re-raise.

I agree to raise but don't cap. At this point, I'd expect SB to have just a pair of aces more often than he has the straight.

Well the turn goes from 6.5 BB to 14.5 BB on the river so....I think you went a bit too far with the re-raising.

I would raise him expecting to see A5, A3, A4 or possibly 22.

I've never played at these limits, but would raise and call a 3-bet. I'd think there are a lot of potential hands SB has here. Any A and even 2-2. Pocket ducks means he hit an OESD on the flop.

Not sure people's thoughts at these levels. I've seen people at 1/2 make terrible calls and then sit there and say "it's only a buck", as their justification for making the call. I would expect a similar thought process by some people when playing at the penny tables.
