MP is a maniac (80/26), Button is LAG (46/20)

I was lost here on the flop. What is a good plan? Against decent players, I might check-fold the turn if my set doesn't hit as a preflop 3-bet and cap usually means an overpair to my 88. But, against these clowns, I might have the best hand. However, there is no way to protect it, and I don't want to get involved in the middle of a pissing contest between the clowns.

I like it, sometimes I bet out on the flop but a check-raise is fine too.
