Does the extra .50 you pay in rake get calculated in any rake return you receive under a rake kickback deal?

I'm not 100% sure but I would say no since that full 50 cents goes towards the jackpot.

Sorry, since PP takes out 10% when the Jackpot is hit, 45 cents goes to the jackpot.

Guess again.
When the jackpot hits, 70% is paid out, 10% is taken as a fee, and 20% starts the next jackpot. That means for every $7 they payoff, they keep $1 as a fee.
12.5% of all jackpot drops are eventually taken as fees.
