William Hill withdrawals (warning)

I've confirmed that several people have had withdrawals from William Hill declined by Neteller. The money then goes into "limbo land" as I like to call it. I've e-mailed William Hill and Neteller to no avail so far. I would suggest not making withdrawals from there until they fix up whatever cash out error is occurring.

I don't know if this is a Neteller issue or a William Hill issue in the case you are discussing, but I cashed out from Pokeroom on 11/06 and today is 11/08 and I haven't gotten anything to show up yet in my Neteller account. It's only two days, but Pokerooms other cashouts to my Neteller account have shown up much faster than that, usually within half a day. It might be more Neteller issues, I don't know yet.

I'm pretty sure it's a William Hill issue. The problem here is not that the cashout is taking a long time, but that the transfer got declined and the money disappeared. This has happened to 5 people playing at William Hill so far. I'll keep everyone posted in this thread...if anyone cares.

Same thing happened to me at Will Hill. W/D on Nov. 6 declined at Neteller. Called Neteller and they said to contact Will Hill. E-mailed Will Hill twice now with no reponse.

Does anyone know if Will Hill has a toll-free number for the USA?

Just got off the phone with Will Hill. They said that they are releasing the Neteller withdrawals "manually at the moment". I gave my account number and was told my funds would be sent "straight away". I'll post again when it's in there. Thanks for the link Koller.

I e-mailed William Hill on Saturday (maybe Friday, I forget) and received a response today. Apparently they are still having issues cashing out to Neteller and are doing it manually like the poster above said. They said my cashout would be there within 24 hours. Don't bother calling, just give them an e-mail and it looks like it will eventually get solved.

Just an update. William Hill re-sent my withdrawal but Neteller again declined it. It's too late to call William Hill today (their finance dept. closes at 5 PM local time)and e-mail gets no response. I'll call them tomorrow to see what's up.
