my stack is around 650 and UTG has me covered by around 250, LP has me covered as well..

Utg limps, i have QQ in mp- i raise to T80 and LP calls, blinds fold, UTG calls.
Flop comes JJ9r and UTG bets out 200 into a T295 pot.
I thought about it, should i even have?

Push. It's pretty rare that UTG would do this with a Jack (or other better hand). He could check the flop and Turn without much risk of being outdrawn, hoping you or LP would bet.

If he's betting some draw or other hand with outs against you, don't let him draw for free. There's 485 in the pot, that will put you in good chip shape if your push just picks up the pot, you very likely have the best hand right now. Charge UTG the max (450 by raising all-in) to see any more cards...

...and if LP has a Jack, well, that's pretty rare as well, just play the odds.
